Romana D'annunzio

Romana D'Annunzio (born 14 January 1972) was a British television presenter, who presented on the childrens programme Blue Peter, from 1 March 1996 until 20 February 1998. She got the job after a chance meeting with a Blue Peter editor at the Edinburgh Television Festival. On her time on the show, her most memorable moments, were wing walking and dressing up in fancy dress. She also went on two 'Summer Expeditions', to Hong Kong and Canada. After leaving Blue Peter, Romana has decided to concentrate on her stage acting career, however she did return to television for the role of a 'female clubber' in the Channel 4 drama, Young Person's Guide to becoming a Rock Star.
