Robert A. Underwood

Robert Anacletus Underwood (born July 13, 1948) was a Delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives. He was born in Tamuning, Guam, and attended California State University, Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. He became a teacher, and an instructor at the University of Guam, director of bilingual education assistance for Micronesia and administrator of the University of Guam. He was elected as a Democrat to the House, serving from January 3, 1993 - January 3, 2003. He was not a candidate for reelection, but was an unsuccessful candidate for Governor of Guam.
