Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow (1975) is the first LP released by Rainbow. Some of the songs of this album appeared on a live album On Stage in 1977. Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow was re-issued in the US in April 1999. Despite the only moderate chart success this album provided to the band, many musicians consider this album to be one of hard rock's finest moments.
