Ripolls Ripolls is a comarca (county) in Catalonia. It is located in the Ribes and Camprodon river valleys. As of 2001, its population is 25,744, about 40% of whom live in the capital, Ripoll. Ripolls borders the comarcas of Baixa Cerdanya, Bergued, Osona, Garrotxa, and – across the border in France – Vallespir, Conflent, and Alta Cerdanya. Municipalities Populations are from 2001.
