Ripley, Michigan

Ripley is a small, unincorporated community in Franklin Township situated upon a slope, just east of Hancock on Michigan State Highway 26 and across the Portage Lake Canal from Houghton. Its most notable attraction is a small ski resort. It is at 47°07'36" north latitude, 88°33'13" west longitude.
