Richard Livsey, Baron Livsey Of Talgarth

Richard Arthur Lloyd Livsey, Baron Livsey of Talgarth (born 2 May, 1935) was the Liberal Democrat member of parliament for Brecon and Radnorshire. He was the Liberal Democrat spokesperson on Wales. He was replaced by Roger Williams at the UK general election, 2001 and is now a Life Peer.
