Razor Burn

Razor burn is a common problem, especially among women. The most dreaded area to have the rash is the bikini line. Women have been plagued for years by the irritation and unsightly red bumps that occur due to razor burn. The bumps result from irritation (caused by shaving too close and/or with a blunt blade, ingrown hairs, or clogged pores). To avoid these bumps, one should use a moisturising shaving gel, shave in the direction of the hair growth, resist the urge to shave too close, don't scratch after shaving, and use an after-shave cream with aloe vera to sooth the skin and keep out bacteria.
