Information

Rayquaza has lived for over 100 million years in the earth's ozone layer, never descending to the ground. Its existence has been completely unknown, because it lived so high. This Pokmon appears to feed on water and particles in the atmosphere.

Availability

Rayquaza is only available in Pokmon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, at the top floor of the Sky Pillar, at level 70. It is not available in Pokmon FireRed and LeafGreen.

Movie appearance

Rayquaza is featured in an upcoming Pokmon movie where it battles Deoxys. The battle between them causes massive damage to the town. Deoxys clones itself and the clones hunt for people while Rayquaza tries to obliterate Deoxys.
