His blog gives insight of the life in Hollywood and Los Angeles (or "L" as he call it) by usually telling very scandalous stories. It is been speculated that "Rance" might be Ben Affleck, George Clooney, Jim Carrey, Matthew Perry, or Owen Wilson. Alex Boese, owner of the website Museum of Hoaxes claims that Rance is screenwriter and short filmmaker Keith Thomson. The Defamer website published a theory that Rance is a noncelebrity named Ryan Ebner who may possibly be an advertising copywriter. External Links Rance
