Rajani Kanta Patir

Rajani Kanta Patir (born 1917) was the former chief secretary of the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, retiring from that position in 1982. He is also the author of Dawn in the East: An Autobiography that presents his unique story as one born in a Mising family.
