Raft Island

Raft Island is a private island near the city of Gig Harbor, Washington, USA. There are approximately 200 homes on the island. Raft Island contains a park, several public beaches, and a church camp. Because of its picturesque setting, Raft Island has been the subject of many artistic pursuits, both commercial and private. The island is connected to the Kitsap Peninsula by a 0.5 km (0.3 mile)-long bridge. Raft Island is located at . It is approximately 60 acres (240,000 m²) in area, and is oval in shape.
