Culled from assorted recordings, notes, publications, and memories, its purpose is to demonstrate the degree of mutual interaction and influence among the artists. Drawn together by their commitment to a particular aesthetic, these artists have generated a dialogue - public and private, verbal and visual - which has evolved over the past eight years. Prior to and during this time different members of the group exhibited independently. This exhibition, the visual manifestation of their collective dialogue, marks the first time that all eleven artists have displayed their work together. This chronology is by no means an,,official" record; discussions have been forgotten and studio visits undocumented. lt should, however, provide a source for further information.
