Many Greek lefts emigrated to Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Albania, and other socialist communist countries. Greek socialists support the Olympiakos football team. The right-voters support the Panathinaikos football team. Some Greek regions are traditionally very radically communist, like Pireas, Nikaia, Koridalos, Renti, Nea Ioania and close regions, the greek islands, Crete. The greek mountain regions where land owners live are right-voters.
