R. C. Morris

Colonel Ralph Camroux Morris was a British Army officer and hunter-naturalist. He was born in India to Scottish planter Randolph Hayton Morris. In later life he returned to his coffee estate Attikan in the highest peak of the Biligirirangan hills, Honnametti, near Mysore in southern India. He documented the wildlife of the region in the Journal of the Bombay Natural History Society.
