Purple-t-wiki

purple-t-wiki is a PHP-based wiki engine released under the GPL. The package contains a minimal amount of code, intended to be simply pasted into the content pane of an existing site's design, providing an integrated wiki page(s). HTML is used as markup, but PHP and other scripts will be cut or outputted as text. Custom markup can be easily added. The pages are stored as both HTML and text. Current features (of v4) include automatic archival/backup. Only someone with server access can create new pages. The code is written for PHP 5, but can be easily tweaked to run under PHP 4.

The code is intentionally minimal for a working wiki, with only 5 KB of PHP code. There is no styling or navigation included. The package is intended for web designers who want to integrate a fast and simple wiki page(s) or "box" into their current site design without messing with template systems such as that used in Kwiki.
