Project 621Project 621 a project planned from Dornier to beginning of the 1960er years is named, which planned the development of one at Rogallo wings returning elevator research rocket. The rocket of the project 621 should reach a ceiling of 80 km and return starting from a height of 40 km to spirals to the ground, whereby even all regulations of the air traffic control should be kept, so that an employment of the rocket project 621 even in the inland possible its solte. The project 621 was stopped 1969, after there were large problems because of the choice of a suitable wing material (textile wings had not been up to to the loads, wings made of high-grade steel fabric were too knitterempfindlich), although there was 1965 still another release tests on the rocket test area in Salto di Quirra.
