Progressive Bluegrass

The band made up of Alison Krauss and Union Station is the height of progressive bluegrass. Union Station (the voices for the soundtrack of Oh, Brother Where Art Thou) and Alison have worked together for years and represent the most successful country bluegrass Union of all time. Nickle Creek, a trio of exceptional talent, brings elements of bluegrass together with celtic lyric and flawless harmony. Progressive bluegrass is country jazz played by wildly talented musicians with funny instruments: authentic, hearty music.
