The Princess of Wales's Stakes is a Group 2 United Kingdom flat racing horse race for three year old and above horses run over a distance of 1 mile 4 furlongs at Newmarket Racecourse during July. (worth 100,000 in 2004). The race was originally named after Alexandra of Denmark during her tenure as Princess of Wales.
