Prince Oscar, Duke Of Gotlandia

Prince Oscar of Sweden and Norway, Oscar Carl August (November 15, 1859 - October 4, 1953), Duke of Gotlandia, was the second son of King Oscar II of Sweden and Norway. By his marriage to Ebba Munck af Fulkila on March 15, 1888, which had not been given consent by the King, he lost the rights of succession to the Swedish throne and his title, however he was invested with the new title Prince Bernadotte. On February 2, 1892, he was given the hereditary title Count of Wisborg by Grand Duke Adolf of Luxembourg. Oscar and Ebba had five children, the youngest of which was the famous Folke Bernadotte.
