Prescot

Prescot is a civil parish to the northeast of Liverpool, in the borough of Knowsley. It was an urban district from 1894 to 1974 when it became part of Knowsley. Its main tourist attraction is the local museum which features the clock industry. Prescot once had a large manfacturing base, most of which was cable manufacture.
