Pose= POSE, the Palm OS Emulator = Descended from Xcopilot the POSE emulator up until PalmOS 4.x is extremely useful for testing, writing and debugging PalmOS applications. This version of POSE represents Motorola 68000-class devices. Unfortunately, unlike Xcopilot, POSE will not boot uClinux. This is reckoned to be a trivial fix but has not yet been done. POSE for version 5.x of PalmOS implements Palm's newer ARM platform. This version of POSE also does not boot Linux. All versions of POSE require a file containing the ROM image to boot. This can be obtained from Palm, or uploaded from a real Palm device.
