Portland Farmers MarketPortland Farmers Market is an outdoor market where more than two hundred vendors converge to sell produce, fish, meat, dairy, bakery items, and farming items under open aired tents. This market is similar to the the weekend Saturday Market in Portland, Oregon. Its purpose is to introduce Oregon's small farms and businesses into an urban small-business setting to increase their success. This exposure hopes to foster a relationship between farmers and metro citizens by bringing the two to a public meeting place and enabling greater access to agriculture and healthy foods.
