POP and PoP can be:
1. Post Office Protocol, a protocol used to receive e-mail from a mail server.

4. Probability of precipitation, used in a weather forecast to define the chance that rain, snow, or other precipitation will fall during the specified period.
5. Prince of Persia, a popular and long running video game series.
6. Point of Purchase , in retail marketing, a term used to describe the area(s) in the retail space that are in close proximity to cashiers or other areas where currency is exchanged. The Point of Purchase is considered desirable for displaying merchandise.
