Pomeranians

Pomorzanie
) are a group of
Slavic
tribes
living in historical region of
Pomerania
along the shore of
Baltic Sea
between
Oder
and
Vistula
rivers. Today this region is known as the
Eastern Pomerania
(or Gdansk Pomerania). They used to speak dialects belonging to
Lekhitic
branch of
West Slavic languages
, the
Pomeranian language
