Policy Based Routing

Policy-based routing (PBR) provides is a means of routing of data packets based on the policies defined by the network administrators. PBR can be set to override the routes that would other wise be selected using dynamic routing protocols. PBR allows routing policies to be implemented on the basis of the following parameters:-
  * Source IP Address   * Application  * Protocol 
* Size of packets
