Pogo SickPogo Sick is phenomenon where someone has eaten very rich but very tasty/expensive food. The richness of the food causes it to be brought up into the oral cavity, however whether due to the tastiness of the original food or to its price, the consumer feels obliged to swallow it again. This may happen several times over; the resulting movement is known as "Pogo Sick".
