PlaydiumPlaydium is a Canadian company with amusement parks in Mississauga, Ontario and Burnaby, British Columbia. The parks feature go-kart tracks, miniature golf courses, sand volleyball courts, rock climbing walls, pitching and batting practice areas, and virtual reality video arcades. In January 2005, Playdium closed down its Burnaby Location. This is due to increase rents and failure to update their arcade machines. Additionally, by staying on legal path, they only used legally (locally) lincensed machines, and thus most of the games are consider old versions, and became unpopular with many of those who visit them, which are Asian Canadians.
