planet v

Planet V is an event run by the JCRC of Vanbrugh College at the University of York, UK. The event takes place in the college Bar, JCR and Dining Hall simultaneously. All areas have a late licence, usually until 1.30am however on the first and last events of an academic year this is extended until 2am. The event consists of different music being played in three different rooms, with Cheese & Chart being played in the dining hall and a varierty of different styles (Rock, Punk, Dance, HipHop, RnB and Jazz) being played in the Bar and JCR. The styles of music in the JCR and Bar usually change for every event. The event is rivaled by the regular events of Derwent College's Club D, Goodricke College's G-Spot and Alcuin College's A-Hole.
