It is a forum on Gamewinners.com forums, which were originally purposed for games, although the gaming section nowadays incorporates around half of the forums. PIMI is notorious among other Gamewinners forums, for it is equally admired and despised amongst the community. Recently, it seems to have come into competition with the Thunderdome, a forum at Gamewinners specifically designed for flaming. Thunderdome 'trolls' as they are sometimes called, hang around the Thunderdome and prey on newbies, who generally tend to make fools of themselves. People in the Thunderdome generally regard PIMI posters as immature and/or stupid. The crowd in PIMI is generally comprised of people who registered earlier than people in the Thunderdome. PIMI posters often see Thunderdome posters as bitter people who discourage activity in their own forum, although PIMI posters often do this themselves. Acceptance: People entering PIMI for the first time will often be the subject of derision, sometimes for months, before either leaving or becoming accepted into the community. Often people attempt to break through into the ranks of accepted posters, often to find themselves forced to leave by member comments. As a result of this, the activity in PIMI often lapses. Strangely, people with no credibility can make posts identical to an accepted member, but still be taunted. Rules: Rules in PIMI are an entirely notional idea. The current moderating team try to allow a mostly free reign, especially compared to other areas of the site, but will clamp down when they feel someone has gone too far.
