Phorusrhacoid

Phorusrhacoids were large carnivorous flightless birds that were the dominant predators in South America during the Cenozoic, 62-2.5 million years ago. They were 1-3 meters tall, and comprised about 25 species. Phorusrhacoids are also known as Terror Birds.
