Peter Snape, Baron Snape

Peter Snape, Baron Snape (born February 12, 1942) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He served as Labour member of Parliament for West Bromwich East until he stood down in the 2001 election. He was the Member who formally proposed Michael Martin to be the new Speaker in 2000. He was made a life peer in 2004.
