Peter Laird

Peter Laird (born January 27, 1954 in North Adams, Massachusetts), created the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 1984 along with Kevin Eastman. Laird founded the Xeric Foundation which provides grants to new comic book creators to self publish their works.
