Peter Graves

  • Peter Graves (actor) (born March 18, 1926) is an American actor who made more than 70 screen and TV films or series. He is best known as a lead in TV's and for his portrayal of Captain Clarence Oveur in Airplane!
  • Peter Graves (author) was the dominant author of novellas in the 1950s producing such bestsellers as A Night in the Attic and The Saarsgard Train to Paris.
  • Peter Graves (novel) is also the title of a 1950 illustrated juvenile science fiction novel by William Pne du Bois, concerning the adventures of a teen-aged boy, an elderly inventor, and an anti-gravity substance called "Furloy".
