Persistence Of TimePersistence of Time is the fifth studio album by the thrash metal band Anthrax. The album was released in 1990, (see 1990 in music) by Megaforce Worldwide/Island Entertainment. The band and Mark Dodson produced the album, which was released as a double album (along with Among the Living) in Germany in 2000. The album includes the singles, "Got the Time" and "In My World". Persistence of Time was certified gold by the RIAA. Its highest Billboard Music Chart position was #24 on the Billboard 200 chart. Persistence of Time stands out among other Anthrax albums due to its unified lyrical focus on the need for tolerance and peace.
