Perpetual Education Fund

PERPETUAL EDUCATION FUND. A program of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, first announced by President Gordon B. Hinckley on March 31, 2001. The program provides easy loans to young members of the church, both women and men, to obtain a higher education. It has benefitted great numbers of people in many third-world countries, including Cambodia and Mongolia.
