Perpendicular UniverseThe Perpendicular Universe theory is sometimes thought of as a joke between people. Some say "If there is a Parallel Universe, then there must certainly be a Perpendicular one too." The Perpendicular Universe is a theory of the Parallel Universe in which one or more universe interacts with another one. Everett's "Many Worlds" This theory is the most widely accepted and taken seriously of all Multiverse theories. It was proposed by Hugh Everett III in the mid 1950's, and is known as the Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics. Theory Of Perpendicular Universes In our world today, there are many theories of "Perpendicular Universes" mingling with our own. For Instance, one theory behind the Bermuda Triangle is that when a person enters the area, they are directly transported to the "perpendicular universe," and are then removed from our own. In a perpendicular universe, all is not neccessarily the same as our own, unlike many believe in a parallel one, but can be very much so different. For instance, a Perpendicular Universe Does not need an inhabited planet, or anything at all. It is a completely different reallity, where one can enter or leave from our own. Titles about Perpendicular Universes Many works of Fiction and Fantasy Have used the idea of an alternate universe having interactions with our own. Some meet via wardrobe (The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe), while others use time machines The Number of the Beast)
