is most often seen in older
obese
black men with
hypertension
. In pelvic
lipomatosis
, abnormal dense deposits of apparently otherwise normal
fat
are observed in the spaces of the pelvic area. Associated with
cystitis glandularis
, a precursor to
adenocarcinoma
of the
urinary bladder
.
