Pcu (Movie)

PCU is a 1994 comedy film. The movie follows in the footsteps of Animal House, showing college life at the fictional Port Chester University. The story involves a preppy high school senior who visits the college. During his visit he gets in the middle of the war between "The Pit" and "Balls and Shaft", two groups on campus. The latter group ("The Order of Balls and Shaft") is a parody of the Skull and Bones secret society. Among its members is Rand McPherson, portrayed by David Spade. Balls and Shaft members want the Greek system to return. Members of "The Pit", led by Jeremy Piven's character, James "Droz" Andrews, just want everyone to get along. The movie is in part about on the battle between the characters played by Piven and Spade. Like the 1993 Fox TV-series Class of '96 (also starring Megan Ward), PCU was shot on the campus of the University of Toronto.
