Paul E. Kanjorski

Paul E. Kanjorski (b. April 2, 1937) is a Polish-American politician from the state of Pennsylvania, currently representing the state's 11th Congressional district (map) in the U.S. House. Kanjorski was born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania and he attended Temple University. Kanjorski was elected to the House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1984. As a Congressman, Kanjorkski has had a mixed voting record, liberal on economics and moderate on social issues. He faced his toughest challenge in 2002 but he was able to win decisively.
