Palace Theatre, Manchester

The Palace Theatre Manchester is one of the main theatres in Manchester, England. It, and its 'sister' theatre The Opera House on Quay Street are operated by the same parent company, Clearchannel entertainment, who also run the Manchester Apollo. The theatre first opened in 1891 and was built to a cost of 40,500. The opening night was the ballet "Cleopatra" on 18th May. http://www.manchesterguide.com/whatson/palace.asp The Palace hosts a pantomime every year.
