For more information, read the Guide to Votes for Deletion. Otsuka Station (大塚駅 -eki) is a railway station on the Yamanote line in Tokyo, Japan, between Ikebukuro and Sugamo. It is also a stop on the Arakawa line, the last remaining streetcar line in Tokyo. In 2003 it was used by a daily average of 54,532 people. Otsuka Station Otsuka Station
