Osborne Riviere

Osborne Riviere (born 1932?) is the Foreign Minister of Dominica. He became the foreign minister in 2001, replacing the prime minister, Pierre Charles. He was also briefly the prime minister of Dominica. He became acting Prime Minister in November 2003, after Pierre Charles was taken ill. Charles died on January 6, 2004.
