Okachimachi StationOkachimachi Station (御徒町駅; -eki) is located in Tokyo's Taitō ward. Layout The station is on a raised viaduct running in a roughly north-south direction through a heavily built-up area. There are two platforms on the western side of the viaduct enabling cross-platform interchange between the Keihin-Tōhoku and Yamanote Lines in the respective direction of travel. East of the platforms are tracks belonging to the Tōhoku Main Line formerly running to Tokyo Station but which are now used to stable trains terminating at Ueno Station. Okachimachi has two exits, North Exit (北口) and South Exit (南口). Lines JR: Although not physically connected, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Naka-okachimachi, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Ueno-hirokōji and Toei Ueno-okachimachi underground subway stations are within walking distance of Okachimachi and marked as interchanges on route maps.
