Ogatsu, Mono, Miyagi

Ogatsu is a town in the Mono district of Miyagi prefecture, Japan. It has a population of about 5,000 and is made up of 5 areas. The town is famous for its inkstones and has a scallop festival. There is also a procreation festival in Naburi.
