Northwind (Comics)Northwind is a fictional superhero in the DC Comics Universe. The godson of original Hawkman Carter Hall, "Norda" is the son of a human male and a female member of a humanoid bird species which lives in the Arctic. Northwind was a founding member of Infinity Inc.. Created by Roy Thomas, Jerry Ordway and Mike Machlan, Northwind first appeared in All-Star Squadron #25 (September 1983). He also appeared in a comic book series starring Infinity Inc., which ran from issue #1 (March 1984) through #53 (June 1988). Today, he sometimes appears in the pages of the series JSA.
