Northwest Writing Institute

The Northwest Writing Institute is a graduate school for writing at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon in the United States. The current director of the institute is Kim Stafford, who is also an artist in residence. The institute has an archive of the works of poet William Stafford. The institute offers a courses for teachers and adult writers, as well as occasional events for undergraduate students on campus, selective programs for young writers, and community outreach programs.
