Norman E. Doyle

Norman E. Doyle (born November 11, 1945 in Avondale, Newfoundland and Labrador) is a Canadian politician. Doyle is currently a member of the Conservative Party in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of St. John's East since 1997. He has also been a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada (1997-2004) Doyle is a former businessman. He is currently the caucus chair of the Conservative Party, and has served as Caucus chair of the Progressive Conservative Party. He has also been the Whip, and Deputy Whip of the Progressive Conservative Party. He has served as critic of Citizenship and Immigration, Labour, Transport, Human Resources Development, and Human Resources and Skill Development. Preceded by:
