who resigned. Due to a fall in the Green vote, he did not retain the seat at the

. He was the Green Party's candidate at the
2003 Brent East by-election
. He grew up in
County Limerick
,
Ireland
and moved to
London
in
1986
. He is active is community politics in
Finchley
and before becoming a member of the London Assembly worked for the
No-Euro
campaign. He is the owner of the
London Green News
newspaper.
