NinjaMagic Task Form Hurricanger was TOEI Company Limited's 26th production of the Super Sentai television series. Its footage was used in the Power Rangers Ninja Storm.

Plot

In the Hayate's Way Ninja Academy, three of it's pupils aren't exactly fitting in. When they skip out a class meeting, a group evil space ninjas known as the Jakanja infiltrated the school, and killed most of the students. The school's sensei, Mugensai, turned himself into a hamster to envade his pursuers. The trio were taken to a secret base & become the legendary Hurricangers to fight Jakenja. But they also had to deal with the two ninja brothers of the Ikazuchi's Way Ninja Academy for a while due to their individual schools rivalries, but they were able to set their rivalry aside and joined forces.

Three Ninja Students who are the survivors of the Hayate's Way Ninja Academy.

Yousuke Shiina/Hurricane Red: The leader of the team, though a bit dim-witted sort, Yousuke's courage & determination make up for it, He works at a window cleaning service.

Nanami Nono/Hurricane Blue: the only female on the team, she dreams was to become a popstar. She had a semi-crazed manager who booked her for everything he could, but when emergencies occur Nanami had to take off. While cute, the others then to stand on her good side.

Kouta Bitou/Hurricane Yellow: The same member of the team, he's a firm believer in planning. He has a younger sister called Meiko whom he cared for when their parentes died in a car accident and they ended up in an orphanage. Because of his friendly nature, Kouta works at a daycare center.

Ikkou Kasumi/Kabuto Raiger: The older Brother, called the "Horned Ninja"
Isshuu Kasumi/Kugawata Raiger: The younger Brother, called the "Fanged Ninja".

Help

Sensei Mugensai Hinata: Ninja master of Hayate's Way Ninja Acdemy. He turned himself into a hamster to envade his pursers, but he forgot the word that that would restorew him to normal.

Oboro Hinata: Mugansai's daughter, she provides the team's arsenal

Shurikenger: He was formerly known as Asuka Kagura, another student of Hayate's Way, but he mysterious vanshed. It would turn out he encountered Gozen, whom he devoted himself to as her personal fighter at the cost of his humanity.

Lady Gozen: A 500-year old yound woman whom Shurikenger protects. She's the reason both Ninja schools have similar Karakuri systems. She was the keeper of the mysterious SpearStone, which in her forehead.

Princess Raiina: Exlusive to the Hurricanger movie, she came from planet Asutoramu.

Through the TriCondor, Tenkuujin could combine with both Senpuujin and Goraijin to form TenraiSenpujin and in the Hurricanger Vs. Gaoranger Teamup movie Tenkuujin merged with GoraiSenpujin to form TenkuuGoraiSenpujin.

Special

GoraiSenpuujin Sword & Shield- Exclusive in the Hurricanger Vs. Gaoranger Movie. After Chubouzu breaks off both of GoraiSenpuujin's arms, the Gaorangers are able to combine GaoShark, GaoTiger, & GaoElephant with GoraiSenpuujin to create this formation. It was only maintained for a short time, because the three Power Animals were too powerful for GoraiSenpuujin.

Space Ninjas Jakenja

Tau Zanto: The leader.

Manmaruba: The who plans the attacks. He evolved into a adult form later in the series.

Chuuzubo: The leader of the Bio-Ninja Corps, who has a grugde against the Goraiger, vowing to have his revenge on them. But he was killed by the newly formed GoraiSenpujin.

Sargain: The leader of the Mecha-Ninja Corps, he's actually a robot body piloted by a small robotic ant. He could extend swords from his shoulders and can built his own personal robots to fight the Hurrirangers. After the destruction of his super robot Gaingain, Sargain lost the special Medal he made to the Hurricangers and was in bad shape. Sandaaru took advantage of that in order to perform a sneak attack, destroying Sargain for his failure.

Satorakura: Replacing Chuuzubo, he is the leader of the Masked-Ninja Corps. Has a sick sense of humor.

Sandaaru: A shark ninja, he singlehandedly destroyed many world before coming to Earth. He leds the Phantom-Beast Ninja Corps.

Furabijou: A girl with a bug-headress who appear on Earth with her partner Wiendu. She carries a notepad with info on the monsters sent to fight & uses a stamp when they die to mark them out.It was soon learned she was a student at a space ninja school wuntil she dropped out after a failling an exam. After being kicked out of her family, Furabijo joined the Jakenja. She did survive the series (despite her seeming death) and reappeared in Abaranger vs. Hurricanger.

Windenu: A girl with big fluffy pink hair who appears on Earth with her partner Furabijou, whom ocassionally calls her "Windy". Windenu is the one who enlarges the henchmen in various ways. She did survive the series (despite her seeming death) and reappeared in Abaranger vs. Hurricanger. She and Furibijo tried to join up with the Evolians by retireving JaniIga, but the two girls were denied membership and pretty much hang out on DinoEarth after that.

Chubouzu: The younger brother of Chuzubo, exclusive to Hurricanger vs Gaoranger. He forged an alliance between the Jakenja & two remaining Duke Orgs Tsuetsue & Yaibaiba. He was defeated through a combination attack by TenkuuGoraiSenpujin and the Power Animals.

Kenin Magerappa: The henchmen, they constantly say their name repeatly while dancing around.

Space Ninjas

Furabijenu, the Beautiful-Girl Ninja(30): A robot created bi Furaibijo.

The Fangurlu(31-33): Three wolf-demons (Brown Destruction, Black Beginning, & Silver Emergency) who come from the B-Strike Hell Nebula, responding to a whistle Satorakura uses to control them.The three can also merge into the 3-faced Fangerus.

The Space Shinobi Monkeys: Two armored monkey-ninjas Hisaru & Blizaru exlusive to the Hurricanger movie. They can combine into Ashurasaru.

JaniIga: Exclusive to Abaranger vs. Hurricanger, he arrived to DinoEarth centuries ago & fought the Dragonoids. But he was sealed in a orb until Wendinu & Furebijo recovered it & free him to team-up with the Evoliens. JaniIga met his end at the combined might of the ShinobiMachines & Bakuyuu.
