Nikolai Golitsyn

Prince Nikolai Dmitrievich Galitsyn (In Russian Князь Николай Дмитриевич Голицын) (April 12, 1850 - July 2, 1925) was a member of the Galitzine family. He was the last Tsarist prime minister of Russia from January 1917 until his government fell during the revolution of March 1917, when the Tsar was also forced to abdicate.
